Mezza Lebanese Kitchen

I want to recognize Jaspa at Mezza for outstanding customer service. To be completely fair, the issue was entirely due to my own confusion and not at any fault of Mezza. I was initially upset because of that misunderstanding, yet Jaspa and the team remained calm, patient, and genuinely courteous throughout. Jaspa took the time to listen, clarify things respectfully, and handle the situation with grace and professionalism — even when it wasn’t required. That level of composure and kindness really stood out. Mistakes happen, but how people respond matters. This experience actually increased my respect for Mezza. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favourite eats in Moncton! I’ve tasted my way through the menu a few times, and every items is as good, if not better, than the previous one. Even my kids love it and regularly ask to go when we’re out on the town. I love their variety of options, especially if you are vegetarian (not that I am but I’ve tasted their meet-free dishes and I LOVE them!!!) And because of the variety of dishes, it’s our go-to. I’ve always had amazing service! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to is the mixed grill plate with rice, but I’ve honestly never had a bad meal here. My kids love the poutine and the chicken shawarma box with fries.

I had an amazing experience at Mezza! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The customer service was outstanding; the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for both quick bites and relaxed meals. If you’re looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine with top-notch service, Mezza is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The cleanest food place although I have entered Moncton in the last year. The friendly and polite staff gave us the time and recommendations to place our order. Delicious and fresh food. I wish that you continue with that excellent service, they will go very far if they continue like this.

To be honest I find Mezza's shawarma and donaires less tasty than other shawarmas. But, it's not bad. The service is usually nice. Often, we order on the app, then we go pick up. So, mostly we find it ready. Delivery is also quite good via skip dishes.

I tried Signature Chicken Shawarma -olive oil, lemon, garlic, herbs, and grilled spices, grilled chicken and lots of veggies,hummus and more. The flavors are light yet rich, simple yet deeply satisfying.

I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the food, but for the warm and thoughtful service that makes Mezza stand out from the rest.

The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are always excellent. The management does a great job, making sure every guest has a great experience. As a restaurant owner myself, I can see that they truly care about customer satisfaction, keeping their service and food quality top-notch. I’ve also noticed that food safety is a priority at all Mezza locations in Moncton which is great to see. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the owner and team for their hard work:)
